We’ve provided a step-by-step process for membership renewals and purchases at the bottom of this page. Please read these steps before making a purchase.
If you have any questions about becoming a member or need support as a current member, we’re here to help. We strive to make our memberships as accessible as possible, and in some cases, we may be able to offer flexible payment arrangements for those who need them. If your organisation requires assistance, please reach out to us to discuss your options.

To apply for a Partner Membership, please email us. We’ll coordinate the membership and send you a registration form to complete.
The Mainstreet Australia Committee holds the right to refusal of partner members or messaging content.

Please note:
Mainstreet Australia tries to keep fees to a minimum. As such, we are not in the position to provide pro rata or transferable memberships, except where a member leaves an organisation that has paid for the membership, and that organisation wants to replace the membership with another person. If this is the case, please contact us so we can update your membership accordingly.
Your order will be processed in our system within 1-2 days, so if you are renewing, please disregard any further email reminders you may receive if you have already completed your renewal purchase.
If you’d like to purchase a Partner Membership, please reach out to us at info@mainstreetaustralia.org.au and we will send you a registration form and an invoice. Near the end of your annual membership period, you’ll receive a reminder 14 days before your renewal is due. Once you’ve received this notification, reach out to us again and we will coordinate the renewal with you (do not make any purchases via our website).
Purchase Orders: If your organisation requires a Purchase Order (PO) before paying for a membership, just select the “Invoice Now & Pay Later” option at checkout after providing your details. Once you’ve confirmed your order by clicking ‘Sign up now’, you will be sent an invoice via email. Please send the invoice and PO number to our Accounts team at accounts@mainstreetaustralia.org.au—we’ll then apply the PO number to your invoice and send it back to you. If you’re a Partner Member who requires a PO, we will coordinate this with you over email (do not make any purchases via our website).
🛒 Quick tip: Be sure to double-check your cart before completing a purchase by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the bottom right of our website. The system may retain your previous selections, which could result in duplicate memberships being added to your cart.
You’ll receive a reminder 14 days before your next membership renewal is due via email, so you never miss a beat. If you’d like to check your renewal date earlier, just reach out to us directly—we’re happy to help.
Stay subscribed to stay informed: If you are a member, please do not unsubscribe from our email communications, as this means we will no longer be able to send you member benefits and renewal reminders. If you only want to receive essential member updates and no other communications (like our monthly newsletters), you can update your preferences at the bottom of any Mainstreet Australia email.
